During your booking, you'll be asked to provide:

• Vehicle details and contact information

Once your booking is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email containing all the important information about your arrival, shuttle transfer and return journey.

On the day of your journey, simply drive directly to our car park in Königs Wusterhausen. Conveniently located close to the (A10), myParkplace is easy to reach from Berlin, Brandenburg and the surrounding areas.

You can easily enter the address into your sat nav or Google Maps.

To ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your journey, we recommend allowing plenty of time for your drive to myParkplace, check-in and the shuttle transfer to BER Airport. Please also allow for traffic, holiday periods and increased traffic around the airport.

Arriving a little earlier helps ensure a relaxed start to your trip.

When you arrive at myParkplace, simply check in with our team. You can then park your vehicle in our secure outdoor car park before boarding the shuttle to BER Airport.

Once you've landed and collected your luggage, simply give us a call. We'll pick you up at Bus Terminal B and take you back to myParkplace, where your vehicle will be waiting for you.

If your arrival time, flight number or any other booking details change, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to plan your shuttle transfer and return pick-up as efficiently as possible.
