When travelling with myParkplace, your collection upon your return takes place at Bus Terminal B of Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER).
Bus stop B is the central area for travel, long-distance and shuttle buses, and is located right next to the terminal. From Terminal 1 you can reach Bus Terminal B in just a few minutes' walk. The route from Terminal 2 is also well signposted and can be reached quickly.

How to get to Bus Terminal B after landing
After landing, we recommend the following procedure:
- First, leave the plane.
- Collect all your luggage from the baggage carousel.
- Then call our shuttle team.
- Then follow the signs to Bus Terminal B.
- Our shuttle will pick you up there and bring you back to your vehicle.

Please call us only after you have received all your luggage.
This allows us to avoid unnecessary waiting times and coordinate the shuttle optimally. As soon as you have your luggage, our driver will make their way to Bus Terminal B.
Why is the pick-up taking place at Bus Terminal B?
BER Airport has several areas for buses and vehicles.
The Bus Terminal B is the official zone for shuttle and coach buses. This allows our vehicles to stop safely and pick you up quickly without disrupting the flow of traffic at the terminal.

Many guests initially think that Bus Terminal B is difficult to find.
However, in practice the route is very well signposted. As soon as you leave the terminal, several signs point the way to the bus stops.
